Eight extraordinary meridians

Now, I have just finished acupuncture treatment in this morning and I am writing this article.
I often use contact acupuncture technique.
In this technique, I don't prick patient's skin with the acupuncture needle.

Instead, I only touch the skin with the needle.

The following is how I use this technique:
Hold an acupuncture needle with your right hand lightly.
Put your left hand on the patient's skin softly.
Then, make a circle with the thumb and forefinger of the left hand.
Put the needle in the circle and move it along inside the circle.
At this time, it is important to be aware of the circle made with the thumb and forefinger.
However, do not press the needle at the skin very strongly.
It is important to touch the skin as lightly as a feather.
Focus your attention on the acupuncture point.

For good treatment, I practice meditation and breathing, and it is also important to keep good posture in treatment.
Treatment must be soft and gentle, and be performed in a relaxing mood.

In treatment, I use the technique based on eight extraordinary meridians.

This technique is effective in curing pain, stiffness, and other symptoms.

In order to master this,  it is important for me to practice Qigong.
