I went to touring about 2 weeks by my bike.



here is 'Furano" in Hokkaido.

 
I was round to Hokkaido and Akita , Iwate , Miyagi , Tokyo on this time.
Hokkaido was a little cold, but really good nature air and view.


here is "Kamui Cape" in Shakotan , Hokkaido.

Here is "Shikotsu lake".

Here is "Noboribetsu hotsprings".

Here are hot springs bubbling out.I smell the sulfur.

This river is flowing hot springs. and the natural footbath.


This time, I went to "Shiraoi poroto kotan".

Here is villege of "Ainu".
Ainu are indigenous people who lived in Hokkaido, Japan.

Congenital adrenal hyperplasia

It is congenital adrenal hyperplasia(21-hydroxylase CAH  , salt-wasting ).
It is incurable.

Moxibustion with Essential oils

Sometimes I use essential oils.
Essential oils are a good match with the thermal.
so,I use a little bit essential oils when i do moxa treatment.

Forexample , Peppermint is beneficial to the digestive system.
Or Inflammation, infection, neuralgia, varicose veins, blood circulation promotion, etc.
It raises blood pressure.
So high blood pressure is not suitable.
 
Oriental medicine method has a little diferent thinking.
Peppermint has an effect on Spleen Pancreas and Liver and Lung.
This will improve the flow of Qi and blood.
If it have a cooling effect, makes the heat to cool.

 
I use SP'point.
I apply a small amount on aupuncture points.
I use especially the stomach and back.
Make the moxa heat to it.
I use a wooden box made ​​from cypress.
It say "Hako kyu".
Hako is box, kyu is moxa.

 
The Essential oils will have the effect of thermal penetration.

Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris

Pustulosis palmaris et plantaris patients came my clinic.
This is an intractable disease.

First , I did contact needle tecnique to abdomen.Next, I tried to"Seiketsu Shiraku".

Useing point is GB44 and TH1 (4 points).

Asami sensei said , This point have suppress the parasympathetic nervous and suppress of allergic reactions and like effective seroid hormone  and analgesic effect.

During treatment, patients were sleeping.
The next day, patient said "swelling and itching weakened."

I do lifestyle guidance, and continuation of treatment for patient.

Whiplash and acupuncture

whiplash patients came to my clinic.
whiplash is traumatic cervical syndrome.

I ask her "where and when do you get pain?"
She get pain to  twist to the right.
She  get  most painful point was right GB21.

I chek at her GB43.
there is very pain, she said.
I hit most thin needle in it.
Roughly about 1 millimeter.

I said "please twist again".
She said " Ah...no pain...but painful point moved".
I cheked point.
next point was "SI14"and Cervical.

I hit "SI2".

"How about you?"
She said "i can easier twist".

And  I hit SI3.
This point is  effective spine.
It is Governor vessel .

so,I finished this treatment.

But this is not a panacea.
Sometimes not effective treatment.
We also must be kept ready at the time.
We need the flexibility and power applications.
From roots to branches, roots to branches.
All be flexible.
